Join us at 6 a.m. every Saturday morning at the Trak Shak in Homewood for free group training supported by the Trak Shak and the Birmingham Track Club. Runners and walkers of all skill levels are welcome. This group is led by Coach Natalie Ferguson with veteran coaches Al Dimicco and Jeff Martinez assisting. A beginner-level 18 week Marathon and 14 week half marathon training schedule is provided with room to build in cross training, speed work, tempoor hills to fit your skill level. Water and Powerade are provided every 2 - 3 miles by volunteers. Follow the group and receive weekly invitations here. E-mail NatalieZL@hotmail.com or Jeff@trakshak.com with any questions.
